In our first year of becoming a nonprofit, Art Commons is growing by leaps and bounds.
If you believe in our mission to create and nurture spaces and opportunities for artists of all kinds to gather, make art, share art, and grow their audiences, you can contribute towards this mission.
If you believe in our vision of an Issaquah that becomes a destination that attracts working artists to produce, thrive, and feel a sense of belonging, you can help achieve this vision.

A note on fiscal sponsorship:
Art Commons is fiscally sponsored by Shunpike. Shunpike is the 501(c)(3) nonprofit agency that provides independent arts groups in Washington State with the services, resources, and opportunities they need to forge their own paths to sustainable success.
When you donate to Art Commons, 10% of your donation goes to Shunpike - this is a standard arrangement for fiscal sponsorship and it is what allows Art Commons to explore and build programming in our community. In exchange, Shunpike does a whole lot of important and helpful things for us in the finance and operations universe. That 10% is well deserved, and it is used at Shunpike to support hundreds of arts groups around the state.
In this way, when you support Art Commons, you are also supporting the arts statewide. Isn’t that great?
